What is ShopinJA E-Commerce?

ShopinJA E-Commerce is an online web store owned and operated by ShopinJA.com Limited. On ShopinJA E-Commerce we list and sell various items/products that are already in Jamaica and ready to be delivered once purchased, items once purchased can also be picked up in our physical store located at 7 River Bay Road, Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Do items you sell come with warranty?

All new items carry a 30 day exchange only warranty given that the item was damaged or defective. For more detailed information please see our returns policy.

How long will it take for an item to be delivered to me?

Delivery times can take anywhere from 24hrs to 7 Business days depending on the delivery method chosen by your the shopper. For more detailed information please see our delivery information.

Is it safe to use my debit/credit for purchases?

Your security is important to us. We do not store your credit card information. Online payments are passed via a secure socket layer to a payment processor (www.stripe.com) where your information is tokenized (whereby a random number is generated to represent your payment). The payment processor is PCI compliant which ensures that your information is being handled in accordance with industry security standards.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards.

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, very. ShopinJA E-Commerce uses industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Any sensitive information like your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure servers.

My order still hasn’t arrived, I think it is lost?

If you think your order has been delayed or lost during delivery please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately we cannot re-send your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation, we will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.

I’ve sent you an email, when will you reply?

We try to reply to all emails within 24 hours. Our office is closed on Sundays and Holidays so we will look to reply the next business day.
