At ShopinJA.com E-Commerce our aim is to offer the best delivery options, no matter where in Jamaica you live. On average, we deliver to hundreds of customers across Jamaica, always ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
We send out all items for delivery using the following courier services: Doorway Express, Tara Couriers & Knutsford Express, in some cases we will directly delivery an item(s) to you using our own ShopinJA.com Courier service.
- – Free delivery – Estimated Delivery Time 5-7 business days.
- – Standard delivery – Estimated Delivery Time 2-3 business days – JM$1500.00
- – Next day delivery – Estimated Delivery Time 24 Hours (Excluding Weekends) – JM$1800.00
- – Knutsford Express nearest location pickup (Estimated Delivery Time 3-5 business days) – JM$750.00
Delivery Policy (For Tangible Goods):
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will deliver to you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will deliver the rest of your order. Delivery charges for your order(s) are non-refundable.
The date of delivery for your order(s) may vary due to courier delivery practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order(s) may be delivered separately in some cases. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order.
If there is any damage to an item(s) that you ordered for delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.
Delivery Policy (For Downloadable/Digital Goods):
Upon receipt of your order, you will either be prompted to begin your download immediately or you will receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download. If you are prompted to begin your download immediately, your completion of the download will constitute delivery to you of the item(s) you purchased.
If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery by us to you of the item(s) you purchased. In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your order.
If you do not contact us within 5 days from the date of your order, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.
Changes to Our Delivery Policies:
If we change our delivery policies and procedures, we will post those changes on our website. Changes to this Delivery Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
